Spicejet allots 15360715 Equity Shares

Spicejet Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 15,360,715 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 29.46 per equity shares to GS Investment Partners (Mauritius) I Ltd. consequent upon conversion of 15,360,715 warrants earlier issued to them on preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.60.40, up by Rs.3.60 or 6.34%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.62.25 and low of Rs.56.60.
