Powersoft Global Solutions allots 5050000 shares

Powersoft Global Solutions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 04, 2010, has considered the proposal for conversion of 50,50,000 warrants into 50,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each out of outstanding 50,50,000 Warrants issued to promoter & strategic investors on November 30, 2009. The Board has made allotment of 50,50,000 equity shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.18.90, up by Rs.0.10 or 0.53%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.19.50 and low of Rs.18.60.
