Kakatiya Cement Board recommends 20% dividend

Kakatiya Cement Sugar & Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 24, 2006, has recommended payment of Dividend @ 20% i.e. Rs 2.00 per share to the Equity Shareholders of the Company for the year 2005-2006.
