Tanla Solutions transfers Rs.95 Crores to UK subsidiary for expansion

Tanla Solutions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2007 has transfer of funds of Rs 95 Crores to Tanla Solutions (UK) Ltd, the Company's subsidiary for purposes of expansion and working capital requirements, as per the objectives mentioned in the Prospectus.
