IKF Technologies to invest Rs.110 crores in Gujarat refinery

IKF Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:

1. The Board has taken note of the MOU between Government of Gujarat and the Company for investment of Rs 110 Crore for acquisition of land and setting up a refinery.

2. The Board has taken note of the registration of contract farming agreement with Gujarat State Agricultural Marketing Board.

3. The Board has considered the Agreement for Carbon Credit with Co2e.com Ltd.

4. The Board has considered the proposal of Mr. Ernst Fischer of Eficom for Telecom division.
