Ranklin Solutions allots 2.5 million Share Warrants to promoters and PAC

Ranklin Solutions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors, pursuant to the resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company for issuing share warrants to the 'Promoters and Person Acting in Concert', on May 27, 2010 have issued and allotted to the subscribers 25,00,000 share warrants carrying a right to subscribe to the same number of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 50/- with in a period of 18 months from the date of allotment.

The allottees include Optima Solution (India) Ltd. - 12,50,000 warrants and Versante Wireless Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd. - 12,50,000 warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.76.25, down by Rs.0.20 or 0.26%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.77 and low of Rs.75.55.

The total traded quantity was 31691 compared to 2 week average of 218032.
