ION Exchange India allots 602650 Equity Shares

Ion Exchange India Ltd has announced that the Employees' Stock Option Compensation Committee Meeting held on May 24, 2010, the Committee allotted 6,02,650 equity shares to employees of the Company, pursuant to stock options exercised under the Employees' Stock Option Schemes - ESOS 2005 & 2008.

The stock was trading at Rs.133.70, up by Rs.0.90 or 0.68%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.137.10 and low of Rs.131.35.
