Syschem India reissues forfeited shares

Syschem India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2010, approved the re-issue of forfeited 12,02,000 equity shares of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1.47, up by Rs.0.13 or 9.70%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1.47 and low of Rs.1.22.

The total traded quantity was 256306 compared to 2 week average of 184650.
