NTPC signs MoU with Singareni Collieries Company

National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd (NTPC) has announced that the Company and Singareni Collieries Company Ltd have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for creation of a Joint Venture Company to undertake various activities in coal and power sectors including acquisition of coal mines, development and operation of integrated coal based plants and providing consultancy services.
