Hiran Orgochem closes GDR issue

Hiran Orgochem Ltd has announced that the Company's GDR issue has been fully subscribed and has closed on May 20, 2010.

Further the Company has informed that, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 21, 2010, inter alia, to consider and approve allotment of Global Depository Receipts.

The stock closed the day at Rs.9.62, up by Rs.0.22 or 2.34%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.10.25 and low of Rs.9.45.

The total traded quantity was 168563 compared to 2 week average of 46175.
