Fact Enterprise converts 2.8 million warrants

Fact Enterprise Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2010, inter alia, has converted the 28,00,000 warrants into Equity Capital of 28,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 23/- (face value 10/- and 13/- premium) each and allotted 28,00,000 Equity Shares which were issued on preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.35.30, up by Rs.0.75 or 2.17%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.37 and low of Rs.33.65.

The total traded quantity was 9858 compared to 2 week average of 14133.
