Ambuja Cements Grants Stock Options under ESOS 2010

Ambuja Cements Ltd has announced that the Compensation and Remuneration Committee of the Company at its meeting held on April 22, 2010 has granted stock options to the Managing Director and employees of the Company who are eligible under Employees Stock Option Scheme 2010 aggregating to 99,98,900 options.
