Syschem India to consider re-issue of 12.02 lac shares on May 21, 2010

Syschem India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 21, 2010, inter alia, to consider re-issue of 12.02 Lac Equity Shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1.40, up by Rs.0.11 or 8.53%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1.41 and low of Rs.1.23.
