Amit International allots 1.50 crore warrants

Amit International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2010, has allotted 1,50,00,000 convertible warrants pursuant to special resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General meeting of members of Company held on April 09, 2010.

Further the Company has informed that, the Company has received 25% upfront money from the applicants and shares shall be allotted on receipt of balance amount within stipulated time.

The stock closed the day at Rs.5.88, up by Rs.0.28 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.5.88 and low of Rs.5.80.

The total traded quantity was 7451 compared to 2 week average of 5531.
