Winsome Textile to consider raising funds on May 18, 2010

Winsome Textile Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 18, 2010, inter alia, to consider the issue of GDRs/ ADRs/ FCCBs/ QIP/ securities convertible in to equity shares/ fully or partly convertible debentures / securities / any other domestic / international offering upto Rs. Fifty Crore.
