IDFC grants 6160000 Stock Options under ESOS

Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd (IDFC) has announced that on May 10, 2010, pursuant to IDFC Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007, the Company had granted to its employees 61,60,000 options equivalent to 61,60,000 equity shares at a price of Rs. 115.91 per equity share.

The stock was trading at Rs.159.80, down by Rs.2.30 or 1.42%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.163 and low of Rs.158.50.

The total traded quantity was 441759 compared to 2 week average of 1089865.
