Asian Hotels North to consider raising capital on May 15, 2010

Asian Hotels (North) Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 15, 2010, to consider proposals to raise further capital for funding new business initiatives and renovation of the existing facilities.

The stock was trading at Rs.423.50, down by Rs.2.85 or 0.67%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.430.85 and low of Rs.414.75.
