Unichem Laboratories allots 2800 Equity Shares

Unichem Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2010, has allotted and issued 2,800 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each pursuant to the exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2004 of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.404, up by Rs.5.45 or 1.37%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.409 and low of Rs.400.

The total traded quantity was 4816 compared to 2 week average of 13736.
