Suryajyoti Spinning Mills approves issue of 30 lakh warrants

Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 03, 2010, had considered and approved issue of upto 30,00,000 equity warrants convertible into 30,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to Promoters as per SEBI price, subject to necessary approvals.

The stock was trading at Rs.26.25, down by Rs.0.60 or 2.23%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.28.95 and low of Rs.26.15.

The total traded quantity was 12191 compared to 2 week average of 128677.
