Educomp Solutions allots 58102 shares

Educomp Solutions Ltd has announced that remuneration committee of the Company on May 03, 2010 has allotted 58102 Equity Shares of the Company to the respective employees who have exercised their option under ESOP Scheme 2006 & ESOP Scheme 2007.

Post allotment Paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 19,02,21,302/- consisting of 9,51,10,651 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 19,03,37,506/- consisting of 9,51,68,753 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.692.85, up by Rs.11.60 or 1.70%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.702.70 and low of Rs.670.25.

The total traded quantity was 297905 compared to 2 week average of 183522.
