Vedant Hotels approves allotment of 4697133 shares

Vedant Hotels Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2010, has approved an allotment of 46,97,133 Equity shares against land acquired by the Company pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation sanctioned by Hon'ble High Court, Bombay.

The stock closed the day at Rs.8.60, up by Rs.0.09 or 1.06%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.8.60 and low of Rs.8.60.
