Hindustan Construction allots 6860 Equity Shares

Hindustan Construction Company Ltd has announced that the ESOP Compensation Committee of the Company at its Meeting held on April 29, 2010 allotted 6,860 Equity Shares of Re. 1 upon exercise of 6,860 Options under HCC Employee Stock Option Plan.

Consequently, the Equity Share Capital of the Company shall stand increased to Rs. 30,32,56,460/- comprising 30,32,56,460 Equity Shares of Re.1 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.129.25, down by Rs.2.35 or 1.79%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.132.80 and low of Rs.127.80.
