Indiabulls Financial Services allots 56640 Equity shares

Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd has announced that upon exercise of stock options vested in terms of (1) IBFSL-ICSL Employees Stock Option Plan -2006 and (2) Employees Stock Option Plan - 2008, by certain eligible employees and receipt of full consideration therefor, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 27, 2010, has allotted an aggregate of 56,640 (Fifty Six Thousand Six Hundred Forty) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to such employees, being 26,640 Equity shares allotted under IBFSL-ICSL Employees Stock Option Plan -2006 and 30,000 Equity shares allotted under Employees Stock Option Plan - 2008.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 61,98,34,342/- divided into 30,99,17,171 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to Rs, 61,99,47,622/- divided into 30,99,73,811 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.133.25, down by Rs.3.40 or 2.49%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.135.50 and low of Rs.131.

The total traded quantity was 249814 compared to 2 week average of 750511.
