Realty Plus announces Excellence Awards 2010 for Real Estate

New Delhi, April 27, 2010: To acknowledge the extraordinary contribution made by various developers, architects, real estate professionals and property brokers in the real estate sector in the year gone by, Realty Plus, a real estate monthly from exchange4media group, announced the winners of Realty Plus Excellence Awards 2010 at a glittering function in New Delhi.

Mr. Niranjan Hiranandani was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for exemplary contribution to Indian real estate. "Developer of the Year" award in residential category was given to Orbit Corp and K Raheja Corp was awarded "Developer of the Year" award in retail category. The 3C Company received "Developer of the Year" award in Commercial segment. Regional Developer of the Year award for North, South, East, West were given to Amrapali Group, Brigade Group, Ambuja Realty and Kumar Builders respectively. "Emerging Developer of the Year"award went to Asset Homes.

R.K. Asoociates got the award for "Architect of the Year" in residential category and Venkatraman Associates were selected for the "Architect of the Year"award in commercial category. The " Luxury Project of the Year" award went to Chateau Paradise by Lodha Group and One North by Panchshil Group. T-Zed by Biodiversity Conservation India (Pvt.) Ltd was chosen as the most Environment Friendly Project of the Year. "The Upcoming Integrated Township Award" was won by Jaypee Greens by Jaypee Group.

"The Pathfinders Award for the Most Enterprising CEO" was won by Brotin Banerjee of Tata Housing .Agni Properties received the award for the "Indian property Broker of the Year". "Popular Choice Awards for Developer of The Year" were bagged by Prestige Developers (Residential), DLF Developers (Commercial) and Star City/Phoenix (Retail)
