Sabero Organics approves allotment of 56972 shares

Sabero Organics Gujarat Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 26, 2010, inter alia, has approved allotment of 56972 Equity Shares to Karville Company Ltd. on exercise of right attached to the Optionally Fully Convertible Warrants allotted to them by the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.82.90, down by Rs.3.80 or 4.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.87.65 and low of Rs.82.10.

The total traded quantity was 196364 compared to 2 week average of 346872.
