Vivimed Labs to issue 1490000 warrants

Vivimed Labs Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 24, 2010, has resolved to issue 14,90,000 warrants convertible into Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 140/- each to promoters and others for which the Company has already received In-principle approval from the exchanges.

The stock was trading at Rs.169.10, up by Rs.1.85 or 1.11%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.170.80 and low of Rs.167.

The total traded quantity was 7522 compared to 2 week average of 78743.
