The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Limited has received overwhelming response with subscription of 28.39 times.

The issue has received total bids for 171741300 equity shares against the offer of 6050000 equity shares. The issue has received bids for 15844500 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has received total bids for 107170250 equity shares against the offer of 3025000 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 35.4282 times.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue has received subscription of 51.4754 times with bids for 46713950 equity shares against the offer of 907500 equity shares.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the IPO has received bids for 17857100 equity shares against the offer of 2117500 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 8.4331 times.

The IPO opened for subscription on April 21, 2010 and closed for subscription on April 23, 2010.
