Prism Informatics to consider allotment of CCDs on Apr 27, 2010

Prism Informatics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 27, 2010, for preferential allotment of 6,42,000, 10% Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) of Rs. 100/- each.
