DB Corp allots 3173 Shares

D. B. Corp Ltd has announced that vide resolution passed by circulation dated April 19, 2010, the authorised members of the Compensation Committee of the Company has allotted 3173 number of shares of Rs. 10/- each on the exercise of 3173 stock options under the DBCL-ESOS Scheme 2008, to it's employee covered under the scheme. The Revised Issued and Paid up Capital is 181517778 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The new equity shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing capital.

The stock closed the day at Rs.251.25, down by Rs.3.95 or 1.55%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.257 and low of Rs.250.

The total traded quantity was 4637 compared to 2 week average of 14877.
