Pioneer Investcorp allots 12700 Equity Shares

Pioneer Investcorp Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 23, 2010, has allotted 12,700 Equity Shares (on Exercise of Employee Stock Options from "Pioneer Investcorp Ltd. ESOP Scheme 2006") to the Employees of the Company and its subsidiary at an exercise price of Rs. 22.05/- per Equity Share.

The stock closed the day at Rs.62.75, down by Rs.1.80 or 2.79%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.66.70 and low of Rs.62.
