Epsom Properties to consider Preferential Issue in lieu of Rights Issue

Epsom Properties Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2010, inter alia, to consider the proposal to offer 20,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on preferential basis in lieu of Rights Issue and obtain the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The Board will also consider, approve and take on record the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.4.62, up by Rs.0.22 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.4.62 and low of Rs.4.62.

The total traded quantity was 100 compared to 2 week average of 788.
