Prime Securities allots 85100 Equity Shares

Prime Securities Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (BOD) of the Company, at its Meeting held on April 22, 2010, have approved the allotment of 85,100 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each to the employees of the Company pursuant to exercise of Stock Options granted under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2008.

The stock was trading at Rs.42, down by Rs.1.90 or 4.33%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.44.60 and low of Rs.41.80.

The total traded quantity was 85184 compared to 2 week average of 647678.
