Vertex Securities to grant 475000 stock options

Vertex Securities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 21, 2010, has decided to grant 4,75,000 Stock Options to various employees and directors on such terms and conditions recommended by the Remuneration Committee. The Stock Option will be offered at the closing price of Company's equity shares in Bombay Stock Exchange on April 20, 2010, which is Rs. 69/- per equity shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.76.05, up by Rs.3.60 or 4.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.76.05 and low of Rs.76.05.

The total traded quantity was 28055 compared to 2 week average of 120408.
