Trent to consider fund raising on Apr 26, 2010

Trent Ltd has announced that in the context of the expansion plans of the Company, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 26, 2010, inter alia, to consider various fund raising alternatives, including a proposal for issue of Securities on a Rights basis to its Shareholders.

The stock closed the day at Rs.815.50, up by Rs.19.90 or 2.50%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.831 and low of Rs.800.

The total traded quantity was 86 compared to 2 week average of 2805.
