Invinex Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 15, 2007, has re-issued 9,60,700 equity shares to the following persons:

1. Smt. Pushphalatha Agarwal: 6,04,600 shares

2. Mr. Nagaraj Ballari: 3,56,100 shares
