Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 23725 Equity Shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on April 15, 2010 has allotted 23,725 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options.

The shares were allotted under ESOP Scheme Series 2005/01 (3rd Tranche) : 400 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01 (2nd Tranche) : 1,575 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01 (3rd Tranche) : 3,000 equity shares and ESOP Scheme Series 2007/15 (1st Tranche) : 18,750 equity shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.745.40, down by Rs.22.25 or 2.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.774 and low of Rs.743.

The total traded quantity was 134202 compared to 2 week average of 120846.
