Visagar Polytex to consider coversion of 560000 warrants

Visagar Polytex Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 19, 2010, inter alia, to consider the allotment of Equity Shares in exchange of 560,000 Warrants, which were issued on February 11, 2010 to applicants, in accordance with the Special Resolutions passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on January 08, 2010.
