Bank of India raises $500 million through Series 4 Bond Issue under Medium Term Note Programme

Bank of India has announced that the Bank has raised USD 500 Million through issue of Senior notes under Medium Term Note (MTN) Programme on March 31, 2010 through the Bank's London Branch. The coupon rate is 4.75% p.a. The Tenure of the Bonds are 5 years 6 months. The Bonds are listed on Singapore Stock Exchange.

The stock closed the day at Rs.366.60, up by Rs.6.10 or 1.69%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.400 and low of Rs.356.

The total traded quantity was 82434 compared to 2 week average of 178507.
