Techtran Polylenses approves issue of 20 lakh shares, 13.10 lakh warrants

Techtran Polylenses Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 09, 2010, inter alia, approved the offering and issue of 20,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each and 13,10,000 warrants convertible to Equity Shares on preferential basis to Credence Infrastructure Ltd. at a price which shall not be less than the price as determined as per Chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.

The Board decided to hold an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company on May 08, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.17.95, up by Rs.0.86 or 5.03%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.18.40 and low of Rs.17.

The total traded quantity was 95717 compared to 2 week average of 61129.
