Zensar Technologies allots 1500 Equity Shares under ESOP

Zensar Technologies Ltd has announced that on exercise of Stock Option by Employees of the Company, the Compensation Committee of the Directors has allotted fully paid up 1,500 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each of the Company to the said employees.

The stock closed the day at Rs.280.70, up by Rs.3.35 or 1.21%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.287 and low of Rs.277.45.

The total traded quantity was 5861 compared to 2 week average of 12200.
