Visaka Industries QIP issue closed for subscription

Visaka Industries Ltd has announced that the Company's QIP issue has been subscribed and the issue stands closed for subscription. The Company has allocated 28,98,600 new equity shares to QIBs through this QIP @ Rs 136/- equity share.
