Indiabulls Financial Services allots 22650 Equity Shares

Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd has announced that upon exercise of stock options vested in terms of Company's Employees Stock Option Scheme namely Employees Stock Option Plan - 2008 by certain eligible employees and receipt of full consideration therefor, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 09, 2010, has allotted an aggregate of 22,650 (Twenty Two Thousand Six Hundred And Fifty) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to such employees.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 61,97,89,042/- divided into 30,98,94,521 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 61,98,34,342/- divided into 30,99,17,171 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.126.95, up by Rs.0.75 or 0.59%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.128 and low of Rs.124.40.

The total traded quantity was 599641 compared to 2 week average of 729155.
