Sundram Fasteners to issue bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:1

Sundram Fasteners Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has recommended issue of bonus equity shares to the shareholders in the ratio of one bonus equity share of Re 1/- each for every equity share of Re 1/- each held by the shareholders of the Company, on a Record Date to be fixed later for this purpose, subject to the approval of shareholders.
