Dawn Mills equity shareholders approve Scheme of Amalgamation with Peninsula Land Ltd

Dawn Mills Company Ltd has announced that the equity shareholders of the Company at its court convened meeting held on August 21, 2006, have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of the Company & Peninsula Land Ltd and their respective shareholders with requisite majority.
