Moldtek Technologies to consider preferential issue on Apr 08, 2010

Mold Tek Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 08, 2010, to consider and take on record the issue of 3,80,000 Equity Shares to Mold-Tek Plastics Ltd @ Rs 75/- (Comprising nominal Value of Rs 10/- and Premium of Rs 65) per Equity Shares by way of conversion of Unsecured Loan into Equity.

The Board will consider issue of 1,31,624 Equity Shares to RMM Global LLC @ Rs 75/- (Comprising nominal Value of Rs 10/- and Premium of Rs 65) per Equity Shares for consideration other than cash.

The Board will also consider issue of 13,333 Equity Shares to Technet Engineering Services Pvt Ltd @ Rs 75/- (Comprising nominal Value of Rs 10/- and Premium of Rs 65) per Equity Shares for consideration other than cash.

The stock was trading at Rs.62.60, down by Rs.0.60 or 0.95%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.63.95 and low of Rs.62.50.

The total traded quantity was 809 compared to 2 week average of 13624.
