HDFC allots 30000 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced that the Corporation on April 05, 2010 allotted 30,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 287,14,02,220.00 consisting of 28,71,40,222 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2789.55, up by Rs.7.10 or 0.26%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2799 and low of Rs.2768.10.

The total traded quantity was 40665 compared to 2 week average of 74726.
