L&T allots 468856 Shares

Larsen & Toubro Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 4,68,856 (Four Lakh Sixty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Six) shares on April 01, 2010 to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Ownership / Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

The stock was trading at Rs.1648.95, up by Rs.22.60 or 1.39%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1650 and low of Rs.1633.

The total traded quantity was 95907 compared to 2 week average of 196165.
