Acknit Knitting Board recommends 20% dividend

Acknit Knitting Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 22, 2006, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ 20% (i.e. Rs 2/- per share) subject to consent of the members in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on September 27, 2006.
