Clutch Auto approves allotment of 368000 shares

Clutch Auto Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2010, has approved the allotment of 3,68,000 Equity Shares to Mrs. Veena Mehta, Promoter (with a lock-in period of 3 years upto March 29, 2013) on conversion of Share Warrants allotted to her on Preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.63.50, up by Rs.1.90 or 3.08%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.64.70 and low of Rs.62.

The total traded quantity was 50394 compared to 2 week average of 57594.
