Abhishek Corporation allots 2000000 Shares under Preferential Allotment

Abhishek Corporation Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee at its meeting held on March 25, 2010, has allotted 20,00,000 Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 25/- per share (Face value Rs. 10/- per share), being a price higher than the minimum price computed in accordance with Chapter VII of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 on preferential basis to Mrs Rama J. Swetta.

Consequent to this allotment the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from 14,00,84,620/- to 16,00,84,620/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.17.65, up by Rs.0.25 or 1.44%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.18.05 and low of Rs.17.40.

The total traded quantity was 12249 compared to 2 week average of 10772.
